This is the so-called "Somdet Song Klong" (Somdet 2 canals) which was mean made in WRK but kept in Chedi of Wat Intra Viharn and most were kept in Wat Mai Amataros (BKP-old Chedi Gru)
Made in BE 2415 (139 years) and chanted when Somdet Pra Buddha Charn Toh (Bhrommarangsri) renovated Wat Intra Viharn and kept by former Abbot of Wat Intra for many generation and distributed to people in fund raising for renovation of main Vihara.
The amulets was cover with gold leaf and painted with tree rubber (Rong).

Yes...only 3 piece I have, but I keep 2 amulet for my family 
My uncle has 15 amulets of this kind but I did not have free time to take photo.
